Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to adults through employer-sponsored mental health benefits (EAP and long-term care).

• Treat clients based on clinical findings from evidence-based online screenings.

• Optionally treat children, adolescents, couples, or families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Spring Health’s scheduling system.

• Deliver culturally competent, inclusive, and empathetic care.

• Use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or CPT.

• Participate in safety planning and intervention when necessary.

• Collaborate with internal support teams and clinical care navigators.

• Attend to both remote and in-person therapy sessions in Abu Dhabi as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice psychotherapy or psychology in Abu Dhabi (e.g., Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist).

• Minimum 3 years of independent, post-training clinical experience.

• Tech-savvy with telehealth competency and access to a computer or laptop.

• Willing to provide some in-person therapy sessions in Abu Dhabi.

• Trained in evidence-based treatment approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT).

• Capable of managing risk situations with safety protocols.

• Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative network.

• Must have a private office space for hybrid work (remote sessions).
