Innovo Group is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee and lead the pre-contract phase of infrastructure and construction projects in Dubai, with a focus on export credit financing and regulatory compliance. This full-time, on-site role is crucial to the success of ECA-backed projects and involves comprehensive responsibilities across strategy, tendering, negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pre-contract strategies in alignment with ECA-backed funding models.

• Manage tender development, bid strategies, and financial structuring for international projects.

• Ensure compliance with global contract standards (FIDIC, EPC, PPP, BOT).

• Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and execution with clients and funding institutions.

• Conduct contract risk analysis and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Manage bid preparation and coordinate with finance, engineering, and legal teams.

• Engage with ECAs, UK-based partners, and government agencies for project funding alignment.

• Foster stakeholder relationships and support project approvals through documentation and negotiation.

• Ensure adherence to UAE, UK, and international legal and regulatory frameworks.

• Drive continuous improvement in contract workflows and proposal processes.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Strong experience in infrastructure project pre-contracts and international procurement.

• In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, export credit financing, and contract compliance.

• Proven ability to handle negotiations, risk assessments, and legal documentation.

• Experience working with ECAs, large tenders, and international stakeholders.

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and organizational skills.
