ODEON Tours, part of Coral Travel Group, is hiring a Contract Manager in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with strong experience in hotel contracting, account management, and the German tourism market. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel accounts and lead static contracting processes in the UAE.

• Visit and build strong relationships with key hotel partners.

• Negotiate and finalize agreements with hotels, securing favorable terms.

• Monitor hotel availability and ensure a healthy supply for Coral Travel Germany.

• Promote Coral Travel Group’s contracting model to expand static and dynamic agreements.

• Conduct rate comparisons and competitor analysis to remain market-relevant.

• Provide timely guidance and information to hotels via calls, emails, and on-site visits.

• Handle hotel-related queries and implement follow-ups on evaluations, cancellations, and statistics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in German tour operations, hotel contracting, and account management.

• In-depth knowledge of the German travel market is mandatory.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written); German language skills are a strong advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strategic thinking.

• Travel industry background (OTA, hotel, DMC, tour operator) preferred.

• Degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.

• Must reside in Dubai and hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
