Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, compelling content for websites, blogs, ads, brochures, email campaigns, and social media

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with project goals

• Ensure content accuracy, grammatical precision, and brand consistency through editing and proofreading

• Conduct in-depth research on real estate industry trends to generate original, insightful content

• Tailor writing style and tone to various platforms and target audiences

• Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing content strategies

• Apply SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and engagement

• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in content writing or a related role

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail

• Understanding of branding, digital marketing trends, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Trends, Keyword Planner, and SurferSEO

• Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
