We’re on the lookout for a stylish, creative, and proactive Content & Social Media Executive to join our fast-growing team. This hybrid role blends influencer marketing, content creation, social media strategy, and copywriting — giving you a front-row seat to the full digital campaign process.

You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to craft thumb-stopping content, build influencer relationships, and grow client accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Source, pitch, and manage influencers and creators

• Write compelling English captions, scripts, and campaign copy

• Handle daily social media management: posting, scheduling, and community engagement

• Track performance and assist in preparing weekly content reports

• Stay ahead of trends in UGC, Reels, TikToks, and the beauty/fashion content landscape

• Support the founder and creative team in executing high-impact campaign ideas

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or social media

• Background in a digital agency or brand-side marketing role

• Excellent writing skills and a strong eye for visual content planning

• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats (Reels, Stories, UGC)

• Based in Dubai

• Female, fluent in English

• Stylish, organized, trend-aware, and proactive in taking initiative

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other basic video editing tools

• Experience with beauty, fashion, wellness, or aesthetic clinic brands

• Knowledge of creator platforms or UGC workflows
