Media Fusion, a leading publications and trade fairs company, is looking for an experienced Content & Event Marketing Specialist (B2B) to drive marketing initiatives for its trade exhibitions business. The role involves content marketing, event marketing strategy, social and email marketing, partnership management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Content Creation & Marketing: Research and develop compelling B2B content for marketing campaigns.
✅ Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing strategies for trade shows and exhibitions.
✅ Email & Social Media Marketing: Manage and analyze email and social media campaigns to drive engagement.
✅ Partnership Management: Handle barter collaborations and build relationships with media and associations.
✅ Performance Analysis: Track and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, MailChimp, and CRM tools.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, conference, and operations teams across Dubai and Mumbai.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ 4-5 years of experience in B2B content and digital marketing (Trade show experience is a plus).
✔ Strong storytelling and research skills.
✔ Expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, and digital tools like Google Analytics, MailChimp, and CRM.
✔ Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
✔ Ability to travel to trade shows and manage on-site marketing operations.
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
