We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Content Director to lead our strategic communications and content development efforts. This role is central to shaping editorial strategies that align with client goals while integrating seamlessly with PR and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate combines editorial excellence with operational strength, thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, and has a deep understanding of media, PR, and the Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership:

  • Lead the development of integrated content strategies aligned with client goals and agency priorities.

  • Oversee content creation across formats such as op-eds, reports, social media threads, and videos.

  • Ensure editorial quality, tone, and technical accuracy—especially within Web3 and emerging tech spaces.

  • Provide hands-on editing and maintain high editorial standards.

Organic PR-Driven Content Creation:

  • Produce timely media-ready content: executive quotes, op-eds, media hooks, and expert commentary.

  • Collaborate closely with the PR team to align narratives for earned media opportunities.

  • Monitor news cycles and proactively position clients in relevant conversations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Translate brand strategy into cross-channel content—social media, newsletters, videos, etc.

  • Work alongside business, PR, and content teams to align messaging and storytelling.

  • Ensure omnichannel consistency in all messaging formats and platforms.

Team & Workflow Management:

  • Manage editorial workflows, calendars, and project timelines.

  • Build efficient systems to support coordination between PR and content teams.

  • Allocate resources and editorial budgets; onboard freelancers or external partners when needed.

Innovation & Integration:

  • Integrate AI tools, new formats, or emerging platforms to scale smartly.

  • Experiment with innovative content types and identify new distribution channels.

  • Drive creative excellence while balancing operational execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between content, PR, and account teams to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Communicate clearly around timelines, project updates, and feedback loops.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in editorial or content leadership—preferably within media, PR, or Web3.

  • Proven ability to develop journalist-ready stories and campaign narratives.

  • Expertise in crafting multi-format content from long-form to short-form digital.

  • Strong editorial instincts and ability to simplify complex technical ideas.

  • Excellent workflow, stakeholder, and resource management skills.

  • Comfortable in dynamic, client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in journalism, publishing, or creative copywriting.

  • Experience in Web3-native or tech-focused media.

  • Familiarity with creative advertising strategy and multi-channel campaigns.
