OnHires is looking for a high-performance Content Creator & Growth Lead to build and lead a powerful content machine across social platforms. This full-time, remote position supports two fast-growing brands: the founder’s personal brand (Moyn) and BE.

The ideal candidate is not just a content producer, but a growth strategist — someone who knows how to generate viral short-form content, lead a creative team, and own every aspect of social growth. This is not a traditional marketing role — it’s for someone who thrives on building momentum, spotting trends, and driving engagement at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a full content strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn

• Lead and coordinate content creators (editor, designer, writer, videographer)

• Build a consistent short-form content engine (4–5 posts/week per brand)

• Write compelling hooks, captions, headlines, and calls-to-action

• Monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate for growth

• Position the founder and BE as thought leaders in affiliate SaaS

What Success Looks Like:

• Viral growth (2–3 viral pieces/month)

• Rapid follower and engagement growth across platforms

• Strong personal brand positioning for the founder

• Organic inbound leads and buzz

• Creative consistency and rapid execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of experience growing founder-led or brand social media accounts

• Proven track record growing accounts to 50K+ followers organically

• Experience creating viral short-form content (with metrics to show)

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, hooks, trends, and pacing

• Leadership skills to guide a content team and deliver on deadlines

• Bonus: Background in SaaS, trading, affiliate marketing, or personal branding
