We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Officer, Content Creation to join our team at Khalifa Park, Abu Dhabi.

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality multimedia content — including photography, videography, and graphic design — for Modon’s digital and social media platforms. This position is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for producing impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production & Management:

• Develop visually compelling stories through photography, video, and graphic content

• Manage entire production workflows: from concept and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery

• Operate and maintain professional equipment including ARRI and Sony camera systems

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Partner with marketing, design, and social media teams to execute integrated content campaigns

• Support the development of content strategies aligned with Modon’s branding and digital goals

Innovation & Quality Control:

• Drive creative innovation and elevate the brand’s visual identity

• Ensure all produced content meets quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Additional certifications in multimedia production or digital marketing are a plus

Experience:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in multimedia content creation

• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, videography, and design

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve

• Expertise in operating ARRI and Sony camera systems and lighting setups

• Understanding of social media best practices and digital content strategies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (fluency in English required; Arabic preferred)

• Strong project management and organizational abilities

• Adaptable, innovative, and collaborative approach to work
