Contracting with Ali Contracting L.L.C – S.P.C is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to develop engaging, high-quality, and brand-aligned content across various digital platforms. This full-time, on-site role involves researching, planning, creating, and editing written, visual, and multimedia content to enhance audience engagement, support marketing campaigns, and strengthen the company’s online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

• Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy aligned with brand voice and style guidelines.

• Create and edit photos, videos, and graphics for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to guide content strategy.

• Manage and update the content calendar to ensure timely publication.

• Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.

• Monitor performance metrics and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Stay updated on emerging content trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, social media manager, or similar role.

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop.

• Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
