MRKTX, a boutique strategic marketing consultancy, is seeking a creative Content Creator to join their Dubai team (Hybrid/On-site). The role involves ideating, producing, and publishing multimedia content across video, photo, design, and copy to elevate brand narratives for MRKTX and its clients. This is a dynamic opportunity for hands-on creatives with strong visual instincts, copywriting skills, and social media expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production:

• Produce high-quality multimedia content including videos, reels, graphics, photography, and copywriting.

• Conceptualize and execute social-first content ideas that drive engagement.

• Capture and edit content for campaigns, events, and activations.

• Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy aligned with brand voice.

Social & Digital Execution:

• Adapt content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other platforms.

• Support content calendar creation and scheduling.

• Monitor content performance and recommend optimizations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, strategists, and digital leads to ensure content consistency.

• Partner with clients and internal teams to align content with campaign objectives.

• Maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Innovation & Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on social media trends and storytelling techniques.

• Experiment with AI, motion, and other content creation tools.

• Introduce fresh creative ideas to enhance digital storytelling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

• 2–4 years as a content creator, social media specialist, or multimedia producer.

• Strong portfolio showcasing video, social campaigns, photography, design, and copywriting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with Capcut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign; After Effects a plus).

• Photography/videography skills using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.

• Strong storytelling and copywriting for short-form and long-form content.

• Knowledge of AI content creation tools and social media formats.

Soft Skills:

• Creative mindset with excellent eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Arabic language knowledge for content localisation.

• Experience with content analytics tools.

• Previous experience creating content for B2B brands or consultancy environments.
