Job Title: Consultant/Specialist – Pediatrics

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant/Specialist in Pediatrics to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide specialized medical care for infants, children, and adolescents, diagnosing and treating a variety of pediatric conditions while ensuring their overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of pediatric patients.
• Diagnose and manage common and complex pediatric conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate care with other specialists when needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory and imaging studies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for holistic patient care.
• Educate and counsel families on preventive healthcare and wellness.
• Stay updated with advancements in pediatric medicine to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Pediatrics and a valid medical license.
• Significant experience in pediatric medicine (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of pediatric healthcare issues and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with young patients and families.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

Salary: AED 45,000 to 85,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
