Knight Frank, a global leader in commercial real estate advisory, is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant for its Strategy and Consulting team in Dubai. This role focuses on providing strategic insights and market-driven advisory for clients, including government entities, developers, and institutional investors. The successful candidate will undertake feasibility studies, financial modeling, and business development initiatives while keeping up with regional and global real estate trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to provide strategic real estate advice.

• Perform highest and best use assessments, risk evaluations, and financial feasibility analysis.

• Develop financial models from scratch using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.

• Collaborate with sub-consultants and internal teams for comprehensive reporting.

• Business development responsibilities, including proposal writing and networking.

• Maintain knowledge of Middle East macroeconomics and real estate market drivers.

• Liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Identify and refer business opportunities across regional and global teams.

• Stay updated on regional and global real estate trends to provide informed insights.

• Ensure a professional, confidential, and high-quality consulting service to clients.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate consulting.

• Strong knowledge of regional real estate markets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is advantageous.

• Flexible attitude towards travel within the region.
