✅ Key Responsibilities:

🧠 Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis

• Perform in-depth psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose a range of mental health conditions

• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and evidence-based guidelines

💊 Medication Management

• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, ensuring safety, efficacy, and collaboration with medical staff

• Adjust treatments as necessary based on patient response and side effect profile

👥 Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Lead and participate in clinical team meetings, providing psychiatric expertise to ensure integrated care

• Supervise junior psychiatrists and medical trainees, promoting continuous education and high clinical standards

🗣️ Therapeutic Support & Crisis Management

• Provide psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities

✅ Candidate Requirements:

✔️ Medical Qualification:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent with specialization in Psychiatry from a recognized medical institution

• Board Certification in Psychiatry is mandatory

✔️ Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience post-specialization in psychiatry

• Proven ability to work across both inpatient and outpatient settings

✔️ Language & Soft Skills:

• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities
