We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a world-class healthcare facility in Dubai. This is a prestigious full-time position offering a tax-free salary of AED 65,000–80,000 per month, along with excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery and a deep commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive examinations to assess physical deformities or aesthetic concerns.

• Perform reconstructive, cosmetic, and corrective surgeries as per patient needs.

• Carry out non-invasive aesthetic treatments when applicable.

• Clearly explain surgical procedures, associated risks, and post-operative care to patients.

• Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up consultations and care.

• Ensure surgical tools and equipment are properly sterilized and safety protocols are followed.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in line with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Evaluate patients’ psychological readiness for cosmetic procedures.

• Collaborate with medical teams to develop customized treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Medical degree and specialization in Plastic Surgery.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

• Valid medical license to practice.

• Extensive hands-on experience with surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Broad knowledge of medications and contraindications.

• Exceptional patient management and attention to detail.

• AED 65,000 – 80,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
