Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist – Specialist Role | Dubai | AED 75K

A prestigious healthcare facility in the UAE is urgently hiring a Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist to join its world-class team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in diagnosing and managing congenital and acquired heart conditions in infants, children, and adolescents. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat congenital heart defects, arrhythmias, and cardiomyopathies in pediatric patients.

• Perform and interpret advanced diagnostic procedures: echocardiograms, ECGs, cardiac MRIs, and stress tests.

• Support surgical planning by conducting pre- and post-operative evaluations with cardiac surgeons.

• Carry out interventional procedures like cardiac catheterization, balloon angioplasty, and stent placements when required.

• Monitor long-term cardiac conditions in pediatric patients and provide continuous follow-up care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, neonatologists, and intensivists.

• Educate and support families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and rehabilitation.

• Handle emergency pediatric cardiac cases and provide ICU-level support.

• Supervise medical residents and mentor junior doctors in pediatric cardiology.

• Remain up-to-date with advancements in pediatric cardiac care and apply evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)

• Postgraduate qualifications in Pediatrics and Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology

• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one

• 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in a pediatric cardiology setting

• Certified in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and BLS

• Proficiency in pediatric echocardiography, cardiac catheterization, and emergency cardiac care.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 65,000 to 75,000

• Inclusive of fixed allowances and subject to experience and qualifications
