Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal issues.
• Perform precise and skilled surgical procedures, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repair.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists and nurses, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay updated with advancements in orthopedic treatments and techniques, integrating evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surgeons and medical staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options to support informed decision-making.
• Participate in research and continuous professional development initiatives to enhance expertise and the quality of care offered.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, preferably in a consulting capacity.
• Strong surgical skills with an in-depth understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to relate empathetically to patients and their families.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and lead by example.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry best practices and innovations.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 65,000 to 75,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
