Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures such as joint replacements, arthroscopy, and fracture repairs with precision and skill.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic treatments and surgical techniques, integrating evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surgeons and medical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and expected outcomes, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Participate in research initiatives and continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of the field.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, ideally in a consulting role.
• Strong surgical expertise with a deep understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with patients and their families.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and provide leadership when necessary.
• Dedication to continuous learning and keeping up with industry advancements.

Salary: AED 65,000 to 75,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
