Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed medical team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions, from prescribing corrective lenses to performing advanced laser and keyhole surgeries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Routine Eye Care: Conduct vision tests, diagnose ailments, and prescribe corrective lenses.
✅ Surgical Procedures: Perform corrective surgeries such as cataract removal, corneal repairs, and laser eye treatments.
✅ Disease Diagnosis & Treatment: Identify and manage conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, and eye injuries.
✅ Specialist Clinics: Lead emergency eye clinics, outpatient centers, or specialist ophthalmology units.
✅ Holistic Patient Care: Treat medical conditions that impact vision through a comprehensive approach.
✅ Therapeutic Procedures: Conduct biopsies and implement advanced treatment plans for complex eye conditions.

Requirements:

🎓 Education: Medical degree in Ophthalmology.
📜 Certification: Completion of an internship and residency in Ophthalmology.
📅 Experience: Proven expertise in performing complex eye surgeries and treatments.
🗣 Communication: Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills.
🤝 Coordination: Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision for surgical procedures.
⚕️ Medical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of eye anatomy, diseases, and modern treatment techniques.
