FTI Consulting is seeking an MBA Consultant for their Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai, starting in February or September 2026. This role involves contributing to high-impact client projects, performing in-depth research and analysis, and delivering actionable strategic recommendations. Candidates will engage with cross-functional teams and learn from senior consultants while gaining experience in business transformation and strategy consulting across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and structure complex business issues and perform thorough research for client projects.

• Conduct advanced MS Excel financial modelling and data analysis.

• Prepare, synthesize, and present findings in a clear, structured format.

• Manage project modules with guidance from senior team members.

• Support business development and intellectual capital initiatives of FTI Consulting.

• Deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines while adapting to changing project needs.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an MBA with expected graduation between Dec 2025 and Jul 2026.

• Prior experience in demanding roles or top-tier consultancy/professional services is highly regarded.

• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills in a diverse, international environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Interest in strategy consulting across multiple industries.
