Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage critically ill patients in ICU, ER, and other hospital units

• Request and interpret diagnostic tests in coordination with the Department Head

• Maintain thorough documentation per hospital standards

• Initiate specialist consultations and referrals based on clinical protocols

• Ensure smooth transitions with detailed written handovers across shifts

• Respond to urgent medical and administrative needs outside of regular shifts

• Prepare policies and administrative reports as needed

• Train and supervise nursing and paramedical staff on ICU procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Medical specialization in Critical Care Medicine

• Experience: 5–10 years post-specialization in intensive care

• Certifications: Valid BLS and ACLS certifications

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and critical decision-making skills
