Allocation Assist Middle East is hiring a Consultant ICU Critical Care (Arabic-speaking) for a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a vital role in managing and treating critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients and develop treatment plans.
✅ Provide round-the-clock care, monitoring, and management of ICU patients.
✅ Administer emergency procedures and advanced life support as needed.
✅ Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated patient care plans.
✅ Participate in regular medical meetings and provide expert recommendations.
✅ Maintain accurate patient records following hospital policies.
✅ Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families.
✅ Stay updated with the latest advancements in Critical Care Medicine.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education & Experience:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Specialized training in Critical Care Medicine.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Consultant ICU Critical Care in a reputed hospital.
• DHA license and registration (or eligibility) required.

✔ Language & Skills:

• Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving & critical-thinking abilities.
