The consultant will be responsible for creating and monitoring personalized healthcare plans for patients, conducting wellness exams, and ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized healthcare plans for patients based on their medical history and data.

• Monitor and adjust care programs based on patient progress.

• Conduct follow-up evaluations and ensure continuity of care.

• Perform wellness examinations and preventive screenings.

• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.

• Educate patients on managing their health and preventing illness.

Requirements:

• Training in diverse medical disciplines (pediatrics, surgery, internal medicine, neurology, psychiatry, gynecology, community health).
