🔍 Market Research & Analysis: Analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape sales strategies.

Requirements

✅ Education: Bachelor’s in Digital Design, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
✅ Experience: 5+ years in digital design, smart technology consulting, or business development within construction & smart design.
✅ Sales & Business Acumen: Proven success in securing & managing client accounts in digital design or technology.
✅ Tech Expertise: Knowledge of AI, IoT, VR/AR, data analytics, and emerging smart city technologies.
✅ Communication & Leadership: Strong presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
✅ Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop business plans, lead teams, and deliver results.
