The role involves coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring daily activities, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring project specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Maintain safety compliance and perform quality checks.

• Read and interpret drawings and project specifications.

• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

• Maintain detailed daily and weekly progress reports.

• Ensure work aligns with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction sector.

• Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
