Job Title: Construction Site Assistant 

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Construction Site Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our building sites. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals eager to learn the construction trade while performing essential physical tasks alongside skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment.

• Set up and dismantle ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures as required.

• Maintain clean and hazard-free job sites by removing debris and organizing materials.

• Provide support to tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

• Safely operate hand tools and basic construction equipment under supervision.

• Cut, measure, and assemble materials following clear instructions from supervisors.

• Adhere strictly to all health and safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors or skilled workers.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).

• Prior experience in construction or general labor is advantageous.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.

• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Familiarity with construction tools and job site protocols.

• Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to follow instructions.

• A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the construction industry.
