Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, budget management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery while adhering to UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract negotiations, procurement processes, and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays, ensuring the project stays on track.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, permits, and regulations
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Salary: AED 18,000 to AED 25,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
