Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE construction laws, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring quality control and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to UAE regulations.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines to optimize efficiency and cost control.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities for seamless project execution.
• Oversee quality control and safety compliance on-site.
• Handle contract negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and potential project delays.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, permits, and safety regulations.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Salary:

AED 25,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
