About the Position

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects for a reputable Main Contractor. In this role, you will manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation

• Monitor progress and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality

• Ensure all safety, compliance, and regulatory standards are met throughout the project

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects

• Strong understanding of construction processes, cost management, and procurement

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
