ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project management in Dubai. The role involves planning, design, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

🏗 Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, design, and manage construction projects from conception to completion.

• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.

• Conduct site visits & inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

• Oversee and coordinate project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.

📊 Quality, Cost & Compliance Management

• Review and approve project drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.

🛠 Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and resolve concerns.

• Identify and resolve project-related problems or delays.

• Mentor and train junior engineers and project team members.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil engineering and project management.
✔ Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
✔ Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  ✔ Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently or in a team.
