Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end execution of construction projects, managing budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The candidate will also focus on delivering high-quality projects while adhering to safety standards and mitigating potential risks and delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficiency and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract negotiations, procurement processes, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, permits, and regulations.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Salary: AED 25,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
