Everest Pipeline Trading is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-diameter cross-country pipeline projects in the oil and gas sector. The role requires strong expertise in pipeline construction under ADNOC, with advanced knowledge of automatic welding processes, international standards, and HSE compliance. This position is ideal for seasoned professionals ready to manage complex pipeline projects and multicultural site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site construction activities for large-diameter pipeline projects in compliance with API specifications and safety standards.

• Supervise and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Monitor construction progress, resources, costs, and quality control.

• Oversee automatic welding processes, ensuring adherence to welding procedures (WPS).

• Resolve on-site technical issues related to pipeline installation, welding, hydrotesting, coating, and tie-ins.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for effective communication and approvals.

• Enforce HSE and quality management systems in compliance with ADNOC standards.

• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies for senior management.

• Support project handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 12–15 years of pipeline construction experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on ≥36” projects.

• Proven expertise in automatic welding systems (CRC-Evans, Serimax, or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of oil & gas international standards and approval processes.

• Excellent leadership skills in managing multicultural teams in remote project sites.

• Solid understanding of HSE and quality management systems in oil & gas.

• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
