We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Concierge / Travel Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will design and manage bespoke travel arrangements for high-value and VIP clients, ensuring seamless experiences tailored to their preferences, budgets, and schedules. You will be the go-to expert for luxury travel, providing world-class service and proactive support from booking to journey completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets.

• Handle inquiries via calls and emails promptly in line with KPIs and SLAs.

• Research, plan, and book flights, hotels, transportation, and curated experiences.

• Provide expert destination advice, including regulations, weather, safety, and currency exchange.

• Coordinate visas, insurance, itineraries, and other travel documentation.

• Monitor travel itineraries, proactively handling changes, disruptions, or delays.

• Provide 24/7 assistance for VIP clients as needed.

• Maintain vendor relationships with airlines, hotels, and operators to secure exclusive offers.

• Track and report travel expenses and ensure compliance with policies and client expectations.

• Stay up to date on global travel trends, restrictions, and luxury market best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience in travel planning, reservations, or tourism.

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and online booking tools.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge of global destinations and luxury travel markets.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and urgent client requests.

• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).

• High professionalism, discretion, and customer-service orientation.

• Experience working in KPI-driven environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Travel & Tourism (IATA, CTA, ASTA).

• Experience with luxury, corporate, or VIP travel.

• Familiarity with itinerary management platforms (Travefy, Axus).

• Multilingual skills.
