This full-time remote role is ideal for individuals passionate about compliance, legal operations, and project coordination. The selected candidate will support cross-functional compliance initiatives, manage documentation, track deadlines, and contribute to the deployment of compliance vendor solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support on legal and compliance projects including document handling and deadline management.

• Prepare project materials like kick-off decks, status reports, and meeting summaries.

• Coordinate logistics for vendor solution deployment and track implementation progress.

• Assist in business analysis, process optimization, and workflow improvements.

• Conduct research on regulatory topics like AML/CFT.

• Draft reports, compliance communications, and internal presentations.

• Maintain data accuracy in compliance tools such as Relativity.

• Facilitate communication and follow-ups across teams and departments.

• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, legal, project coordination, or paralegal roles.

• Interest or background in legal or compliance fields.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Technologically proficient; capable of using Excel, Python, or similar tools.

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving ability.

• Willingness to handle urgent or ad hoc compliance tasks as needed.
