Job Description:
A leading healthcare provider in the UAE is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and collaborating with key departments to maintain regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure company operations, products, and activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Develop and implement compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.

• Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments to identify and address compliance issues.

• Collaborate with legal, quality assurance, and clinical affairs teams to align compliance strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

• Age: 40 years or below

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in regulatory affairs, compliance, or quality assurance.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical laws, industry regulations, and risk assessment practices.

• Ability to conduct audits, investigations, and enforce compliance measures effectively.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications).
