Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company’s operations, products, and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, training employees on regulatory requirements, and working closely with other departments to ensure that compliance objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and industry standards across the company’s operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to safeguard the company against risks.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments to identify and address potential compliance issues.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs to employees, ensuring understanding of regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with departments such as legal, quality assurance, and clinical affairs to ensure alignment and effective execution of compliance objectives.

Requirements:

• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
• Age: 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical field, with proven expertise in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, compliance, or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in conducting audits, investigations, and risk assessments.

Salary: AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
