LIXIL, a global leader in water technology and sanitaryware, is seeking a Compliance Manager to support and drive compliance programs across the MENA region, including UAE, Egypt, and KSA. This hybrid, full-time role involves ensuring adherence to global and regional compliance standards, conducting investigations, delivering trainings, and supporting risk management initiatives to maintain a robust compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute and support the regional compliance program aligned with global standards.

Conduct and document compliance investigations; ensure follow-up and reporting.

Prepare and coordinate Regional Compliance Committee (CCM) meetings, including agenda and documentation.

Implement global/regional compliance initiatives, tools, and systems in MENA.

Monitor internal compliance policies (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Trade Compliance, Speak-Up Policy) and escalate breaches.

Support third-party due diligence and onboarding as part of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).

Conduct compliance risk screenings, risk assessments, and employee surveys.

Deliver or coordinate compliance training, including onboarding sessions and targeted refreshers.

Track local regulatory and legal developments, ensuring internal policy alignment.

Serve as first point of contact for management and employees on compliance topics.

Prepare regular compliance reports and updates for regional and global teams.

Coordinate awareness campaigns and engagement activities, e.g., Compliance Week.

Collaborate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to maintain consistent compliance practices.

Maintain accurate documentation for audits, investigations, and trainings.

Support external counsel or auditors as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Qualified/admitted lawyer with 3–5 years of compliance experience, including training and investigations.

Good working knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office.

Additional compliance qualifications are advantageous.

Previous experience in IMEA region, water technology, or sanitaryware industry is a plus.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours when needed.

Agility and ability to work in a cross-cultural, matrix organization.

Preferred: candidates located in UAE/Egypt.
