KONE is seeking a Compliance Manager to drive and strengthen the Global Ethics & Compliance program across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa region. Reporting directly to the Compliance Director, APM, you will oversee internal investigations, risk assessments, training, and awareness campaigns—ensuring a sustainable culture of integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the global compliance framework regionally

• Lead whistleblowing management and conduct internal investigations

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and track mitigation efforts

• Deliver compliance training and develop tailored strategies per country

• Engage regional leadership to foster a strong tone from the top

• Drive internal campaigns to raise compliance awareness

• Provide ongoing updates to leadership and regional stakeholders

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, law, finance, or related field

• 5+ years of relevant compliance experience in global corporations

• Demonstrated expertise in internal investigations

• Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP-I, CFE) are a strong plus

• Fluent in English (Arabic or Turkish is an advantage)

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

• Willingness to travel frequently across the region
