GRIP, a leading investment company based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), is hiring a Compliance Administrator to support its compliance, onboarding, and documentation processes. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow in the compliance and regulatory domain.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Compliance Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory adherence, supporting internal compliance frameworks, and maintaining accurate client and transaction records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client onboarding documentation, including KYC, AML, and compliance forms

• Analyze client KYC/KYB data and verify Source of Wealth and Journey to Wealth information

• Support business onboarding, prepare due diligence packs, and liaise with financial institutions

• Maintain compliance trackers for clients, investors, and counterparties

• Conduct preliminary due diligence, sanction screenings, and escalate risks where necessary

• Ensure accurate submission of documents to banks, partners, and regulators

• Assist with regulatory filings, audits, and compliance reporting

• Maintain updated records and assist with policy updates and internal documentation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in compliance, financial services, or client onboarding

• Strong skills in form-filling, documentation, and attention to detail

• Solid knowledge of AML, CTF, ABC, Sanctions, and financial regulations

• Desirable: ICA, CISI, or ACAMS certifications

• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus

• Must be proactive, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Should be able to commute daily to the DIFC office
