Overview
We are seeking a Company Formation & Compliance Officer to join our corporate services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in company incorporation processes across UAE Free Zones and Mainland jurisdictions, as well as a strong understanding of compliance requirements under UAE law. This role requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and accuracy in managing sensitive corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of company incorporation, license renewals, amendments, and closures across UAE Free Zones and Mainland authorities.

• Draft, review, and submit corporate documents including MOA, AOA, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions.

• Handle visa applications, establishment cards, and other related government processes.

• Ensure adherence to UAE laws, corporate governance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

• Maintain and update company registers, licenses, and compliance records.

• Track and report on regulatory changes impacting Free Zone and Mainland businesses.

• Assist with internal compliance reviews and support the implementation of best practices.

• Liaise with government entities, banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

• Advise management and clients on incorporation and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum high school certificate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• At least 2 years of UAE experience in corporate services, company formation, or compliance.

• Strong knowledge of incorporation procedures across multiple Emirates.

• Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance frameworks in the UAE.

• Proficiency in MS Office and corporate administration tools.

• Compliance certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
