Independent Finance and Real Estate Brokerage LLC is hiring a Community Specialist Real-Estate Agent to specialize in villa sales along E611-Emirates Road. This part-time, on-site role offers a supportive environment, company-generated villa listings, dual lead sources, and free mortgage services for clients to drive your success and career growth.

We focus on communities along E611-Emirates Road and offer comprehensive support including listing access, buyer leads, and in-house mortgage services through the city’s oldest mortgage consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of company-assigned property-owner listings.

• Contact daily buyer inquiries from both portals and in-house databases.

• Conduct villa viewings for potential buyers.

• Offer clients complimentary mortgage consulting services.

• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.

• Draft and coordinate Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreements.

• Collaborate with the in-house mortgage and conveyancing teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in real estate.

• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude, target-driven, and a self-starter.

• Willingness to join immediately.

• Valid UAE Driving License is essential.
