Regus is seeking a Community Sales Manager to manage the daily operations of their business centre in Dubai, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The role includes motivating a team, increasing revenue, promoting flexible working solutions, and fostering a community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with a background in hospitality, events, or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the business centre, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Motivate and lead a team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

  • Drive sales by promoting flexible workspace solutions to new and existing customers.

  • Organize and host networking events to engage the community and generate leads.

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Prepare for customer moves and ensure all necessary materials are in place.

  • Collaborate with local cluster and regional managers on operational issues and improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, ideally in a customer-facing role within hospitality or events.

  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Positive, adaptable, and confident in handling customer issues.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic IT systems.
