Job Description:
Wello is seeking a Community & Operations Intern who is genuinely crypto-native — someone who thrives in the Web3 space, understands the meme-driven community culture, and can execute fast. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for crypto communities and an ability to organize and engage across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Wello’s community channels (Telegram, Twitter, Discord)

• Plan and host AMA sessions, meme contests, and user engagement events

• Track on-chain trends and deliver insights to the product and communications teams

• Build and manage a user referral and ambassador program

• Translate community feedback and chaos into clear insights for the team

Key Requirements:

• Crypto-native mindset: Active in Telegram, Twitter, Discord, meme groups, and alpha communities

• Community operations experience: Managed crypto communities with 1,000+ members across platforms

• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal), can write engaging content and moderate Web3 audiences

• Availability: Minimum 4 days/week

Nice to Have:

• Experience with meme coin communities, GMGN, or launchpad campaigns

• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools

• Strong organizational skills to assist with internal operations
