Role Overview:
The Community Manager & Creative Designer is a hybrid role combining social media management, creative storytelling, graphic design, and influencer marketing. This position is ideal for a creative professional who can grow and engage HUSHDAY’s community while shaping its visual identity across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth & Engagement: Develop and execute content strategies on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat; animate the community with bold, trend-driven ideas; track performance and optimize engagement.

Content Creation & Storytelling: Produce premium content including reels, stories, campaigns, and brand moments; shoot and edit videos using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools.

Creative & Graphic Design: Design digital assets such as banners, newsletters, campaign visuals, and event branding; maintain brand consistency and elevate HUSHDAY’s premium look.

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships: Source and engage relevant influencers; manage gifting, collaborations, and long-term relationships with content creators.

Strategic Creative Direction: Collaborate with the CEO and marketing team to align creative output with brand strategy; contribute to defining the visual identity and artistic direction.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in community management (Instagram required; TikTok/Snapchat a plus).

Strong portfolio in graphic design (digital assets, campaign visuals, newsletters).

Skilled in design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; video editing: CapCut, Premiere.

Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations.

Creative storyteller with a strong sense of luxury/fashion aesthetics.

Startup mindset: agile, resourceful, hands-on.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Salary & Benefits:

Competitive startup package: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on profile).
