Community Management Expert


Miral Destinations is seeking a Community Management Expert to enhance customer engagement and brand perception across various social media platforms. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the candidate will manage online communities, foster meaningful interactions, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, monitoring social media trends, analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience. The role requires expertise in managing online interactions, creating engaging responses, and leveraging data insights for strategy development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s in Marketing, PR, or Communications preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or community management (social media experience preferred)
- Strong written communication skills in English and/or Khaleej Arabic
- Proficiency in web-based applications and social media management tools (Sprinklr experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategies
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi
