Job Title: Community & Facilities Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Community & Facilities Manager to oversee facility management operations and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property services, ensuring compliance with regulations, handling residents’ concerns, and leading facility maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🏢 Community & Resident Engagement

• Conduct meetings with Owners Association Management and residents.

• Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures and vendor site inductions.

• Handle community initiatives and engagement programs.

• Ensure legal compliance with government guidelines for community management.

• Address Owners Committee escalations and ensure timely resolutions.

• Manage concierge services and ensure seamless resident experience.

🔧 Facility Management & Maintenance

• Oversee technical teams and specialist service providers.

• Implement preventive and reactive maintenance plans (PPM).

• Ensure subcontractor performance and issue resolution for specialized assets.

• Develop and monitor KPIs for service level agreements (SLAs).

• Utilize CAFM systems for tracking business performance and improvements.

• Enforce health, safety, and quality assurance policies.

💰 Financial & Budget Management

• Monitor and manage facility management budgets.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.

• Ensure financial accountability without compromising service standards.

📊 Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on facility operations.

• Analyze audit reports and create action plans for improvement.

• Ensure all services meet customer satisfaction standards.

• Represent the company in meetings with clients, authorities, and service providers.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Community Management. Higher education in Community Management is an advantage.
✔ 8-10 years of experience in community and facility management.
✔ Experience in managing large-scale properties, service providers, and customer relationships.
✔ Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, facility maintenance, and compliance standards.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
✔ UAE Driving License required.
