Job Title: Community Executive – Owners Association
Job Purpose
To oversee the daily operations of the Owners Association, ensuring compliance with community rules, enhancing resident experiences, and fostering a vibrant living environment within residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Community Management & Resident Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and residents.
- Address resident inquiries and resolve community issues efficiently.
- Facilitate community meetings and events to encourage engagement and collaboration.
🔹 Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily operations of the Owners Association while ensuring adherence to community rules.
- Conduct regular inspections of community facilities and common areas.
- Assist in enforcing rules and regulations, mediating disputes when necessary.
🔹 Financial & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage budgets for community projects and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and report on community maintenance and repair needs.
- Ensure cost-effective coordination with vendors and service providers.
🔹 Communication & Community Development
- Implement community improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication of updates, policies, and events via newsletters and digital platforms.
- Develop strategies for community engagement and resident participation.
Qualifications & Requirements
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field.
📅 Experience: 5-12 years in property management or community engagement.
💼 Certifications: M100 certification preferred.
💻 Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
🌍 Knowledge: - Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
- Experience in community engagement strategies.
