Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Communication Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing communication systems, including radio networks, fiber optics, CCTV, SCADA, public address, and operations control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on communication systems such as Multi-Service Network (MSN), TETRA Radio, CCTV, Passenger Information System (PIS), Public Address System (PAS), Time Domain System (TDS), Digital Voice & Video Recording (DVVR), Intrusion Alarm System (IAS), On-Board Communication System (OBS), WiFi, and Operation Control System (OCS).
✅ Install, service, and repair communication equipment at control centers, stations, depots, trackside, and on-board trains.
✅ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults using network management software, diagnostic tools, and technical schematics.
✅ Handle VoIP systems, fiber optics, and wireless communication technologies.
✅ Ensure all communication systems are fully operational and comply with safety standards.
✅ Assist the Communications Supervisor with all technical tasks.
✅ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide technical reports when required.

Requirements:

✔️ Minimum 1-year experience in communication systems maintenance.
✔️ Strong understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
✔️ Knowledge of fiber optics, network management software, and wireless technologies.
✔️ Ability to work with hand, machine, electrical, and electronic tools.
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.
✔️ Diploma or vocational trade certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering.
