Etihad is looking for a Communication Executive to support internal and external communications for a new cargo terminal project. This role involves drafting newsletters, formal letters in Arabic and English, and creating PowerPoint presentations for senior management. The Communication Executive will also manage social media content, ensuring consistent messaging and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

📝 Content Creation – Develop and distribute newsletters with project updates, milestones, and key messages.
📧 Official Correspondence – Draft formal communications in Arabic and English, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
📊 Presentations – Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership on project progress and risks.
📱 Social Media Management – Update and manage content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
🔍 Stakeholder Engagement – Monitor social media feedback, respond to inquiries, and escalate concerns when necessary.
🎤 Event Support – Assist in communication for stakeholder events, press releases, and briefings.
📈 Performance Tracking – Track communication performance metrics like newsletter reach and social media engagement.

Skills & Experience Required:

🎓 Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
💼 Experience – 3+ years of communications experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
💬 Bilingual Skills – Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
📱 Social Media Proficiency – Experience managing content on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
📊 Tech Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and social media platforms.
🔧 Organizational Skills – Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
