Dovre Group is seeking a Commissioning Planner to join their Project Controls Team for the Rosebank Project. This role will work closely with the Commissioning Manager and report to the Project Controls Manager. The Commissioning Planner will ensure the timely planning and coordination of commissioning activities for FPSO, ensuring the project stays aligned with schedules and HSE policies.

Key Responsibilities:

📅 Commissioning Planning – Establish and maintain planning systems for FPSO, including developing and monitoring the project schedule.
🔄 Schedule Management – Ensure timely integration of commissioning activities with the project schedule.
📊 Progress Reporting – Provide progress measurements and updates, monitor interface schedules and progress.
🤝 Collaboration – Work with various teams including Yard Construction planners, contractors, and the client to align on activities and milestones.
⚙️ Compliance and Coordination – Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulations, and completion systems for system testing and commissioning.
📚 Lessons Learned – Review and incorporate relevant lessons from previous projects into the commissioning planning process.

Skills & Experience Required:

🎓 Technical Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant technical field.
🛠️ Experience – Minimum 15 years in commissioning planning within large development projects, with a focus on FPSO redeployment.
📈 Planning Expertise – Extensive hands-on experience with Primavera planning software and construction/MC activities.
🏗️ Leadership & Communication – Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
⚓ Experience in FPSO – Experience in FPSO projects, especially redeployment, is highly preferred.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Experience working on UK North Sea projects.

• Familiarity with Completion Philosophy from a client’s perspective.
